Week 1 in Vernon

Wow..what a great holiday! These next few posts will be long ones, because I took so many pictures in Vernon. Brad and I were able to stay in a hotel the first week in Vernon, because Brad was there on business for Kal Tire. It sure was nice to have air conditioning...when we moved to my parents for the rest of the holiday we had no air conditioning...very HOT! We had so much fun...visiting with Jason and Darcie from Toronto, Jackson from Africa and all our friends and family in Vernon.

Of course my family took a lot of responsibilities away from me and helped out huge with Isaac. Isaac loved it too...he sure doesn't play strange =) Jason and Darcie feeding Isaac.Jason showing Isaac how it's done!

It was so great to finally meet Jackson. He's so great, and easy to talk to. Feels like we've known him forever. I'm glad I had two weeks to spend with Jackson, and now look forward to Shelley and Jackson coming to our house tonight, then to Bonnyville for the weekend.

Brad got to show Jackson how to BBQ! Mmmmmm...great chicken Brad!

Monday we took Jackson to the beautiful Okanagan Lake. It took him a while to go in the water (for him it was very cold), but evetually he did, and he seemed to like it. The guys tossed a ball, while Darcie, Isaac and I relaxed on the beach. It was a beautiful day!

Isaac loves to swim...and he loves his new floaty too.

So refreshing!

Jason rinsing Isaac off before we head home!

Learning to play the piano.

Great Grandma Wolfe came for a visit too. He sure loved to dance with her!

We were able to get some great four generation pictures taken as well.

I love this picture!

The cute couple.

We were able to be in Vernon for my mom's birthday...Isaac loves Ice Cream!

Alright, Isaac's woken up...TO BE CONTINUED.......
