What's been on our mind these days?

It's begun....the excavator has been out, and the ground is ready for our new house!!!! It's the hot topic at our house these days. What kind of lighting do we want, appliances, cupboards, and the list goes on. It's all very very exciting, but a lot of decisions. So, I will keep you posted with the newest pictures, but i will need your advice as well. Right now, i'm trying to decide which appliances to use. Stainless steel or fake stainless steel. As well, what colour of siding. I wish i could show you my samples, but i can't. Anyways, here's some pictures of the first steps. Couldn't keep his eyes off of it!

Where is the excavator Isaac?

Isaac and our builder Daryl Winter

We are heading out there tomorrow, so new pictures coming soon!

Love my new computer!!!

It was hard to spend a lot of money when we're trying to save for our new house, but we needed a new computer, so bad. Our new computer is so great, and so fast. Now, to give you an update.

Life has been pretty busy lately. i went to Vernon at the beginning of June for 10 days, came home did some laundry cleaned house and than headed to manitoba a few weeks later. We had a great time in both places, however we were eaten alive in Manitoba. Mosquitos there were and still are real bad this year with all the moisture.

Now, our main focus is selling our condo, and making decisions on our new home that we're building. It's all VERY EXCITING, but a lot of decisions can be stressfull at times too. I hope to keep you all posted with the building process which should start in the next couple of weeks. YIKES!!!

Isaac is doing great. I'm trying to see if i can get him into a booster seat because he's already 39 inches, and around 37 pounds. It would be nice to get rid of the big car seat for a while.

Autumn has her next apt in a week, so we'll see how big she is then, but she's smiling lot's, and i even got a giggle the other day. So great!!!!
Father's Day
GOING TO MANITOBA....i know we went to vernon first, but those pics are upstairs, and the mb ones are right here now, so vernon pics still to come :)

Stopping in Davidson Sk for A&W

Unfortunately we had to put Brad's dog Sandy down the day after we arrived in Manitoba. It was too bad, she was 15. Here they are carrying her to the doctor by the house, cause she could no longer walk. She must have had a stroke in the night.

Four generations
Enjoying watching the water fight, instead of participating :)

This is how we were going to watch the fireworks, with the million mosquitos, but we returned to the truck instead.

I have way more pics, but no time to post them all. I'll get the Vernon pictues up soon =)
