A Walk in the Park

We've been having beautiful sunny weather lately. It's still chilly, but not -53....more like -1. So we've been trying to enjoy it. We took the "boys" to the park on Monday. Isaac feel asleep before we got there, but Hudson was in his glory!! Even though we had not been to this particular park for a while, as we were getting closer he started to get excited...he knew where we were headed!!

I put Isaac in his cute toque from Uncle Wayne and Aunti Pat...he usually screams when we try to put something on his head, but this one he liked=)the gloves on the other hand....=( he didn't like so much.

Hudson is doing so well with Isaac....and for me. He listens to me, and is so much calmer around the house, except for lately...he's getting "spring fever" and wants to be outside 24/7. We have a leash tied up to our back steps and he sits there for long periods of time, just watching the neighbourhood. He loves it!!

He sure loves spending time with Brad.

We love it...it looks even better at night with the softer light.

We got our duvet cover, lamps, pictures,curtains, pillow ...all at the famous Ikea. We love our 400 thread count sheets from Brad's mom. We are so happy. It's so nice to relax in a fresh, clean room.

For the Grandparents

Grandpa Weglo (my dad) has been phoning almost every day to speak to Isaac. Those poor grandparents are so far away, they miss their first grandchild. So here's another video to keep them happy!

We finally bought the software to enable us to put videos on our computer. We're so excited! Now our families and friends far away can watch him grow! Check it out...he's already talking! (sorry it's so long...we have yet to learn how to edit!)

Birthday Weekend!

Brad took Isaac and I to edmonton for my birthday. We did tons of shopping, spent hardly any money and had a great time. We went to Ikea, West Edmonton Mall, and some outlet stores. We even managed to catch some of the superbowl, and finished the night off with a great supper at Kelsey's. Isaac did very well. Thanks Brad for such a great weekend, and to Josh and Laura for watching Hudson. I can't believe I'm 25!

Growing Boy

I can't believe how much Isaac is growing! He'll be weighed in a few weeks, but i'm sure he's close to 12 pounds already. I tried sitting him up on the futon, and he loved it. He's so content.

He's now 8 weeks old.

He wasn't so sure of this huge touque that i put on him. It was suppose to be a newborn touque, but it's still too big.
We're going to Edmomton this weekend for my birthday, so we'll see how he does in a hotel and how well he endures all the shopping!

This is Isaac sneezing. I know, we're rediculous parents, we think sneezing is so cute!
